This year I've been a little more grinchy than my normal Christmas enthusiast self. Most of us will experience some years like that when you're a little more burdened with stress, heartbroken by loss or just plain not in the mood for carols and Hallmark movies (If I'm being honest, I'm never in the mood for Hallmark movies).

Whether you celebrate Christmas as the day Jesus was born or just celebrate Christmas as a winter holiday, there is something so special about this season. It's a time we should give and celebrate our friendships and neighbors. We put aside our differences and just enjoy this magical time. But often in our adult years, we forget about its magic and focus on the stress of time, weight and finances.

So if you're feeling a little grinchy, this adorable video of 24-year-old Andy is exactly what you need.

You can't watch it without smiling

"This is my son Andy. He is 24 and has a very rare chromosome disorder called 15Q24 microdeletion. He LOVES Santa (and Harley Davidson). I think we could all benefit from a little more innocence and Christmas Joy!"

Christmas Joy!
