Kanye West and Kim Kardashian had themselves a little saint this past Saturday.

Literally. On Monday afternoon, an insider told multiple news sources that the celebrity couple's baby boy born Saturday would be named "Saint" - "because he was a miracle baby," according to US Weekly.

Saint's miracle status is mostly because Kardashian and West struggled to get pregnant with their second baby, US Weekly reported.

"I had this condition called placenta accreta. There were a couple little operations to fix all that, so that created a little hole in my uterus, which I think made it really tough to get pregnant again," Kardashian told C Magazine in her September 2015 cover story. "It was a long road. I would go to the doctor in Beverly Hills every day at five in the morning to get tested to see if I was ovulating ... I was trying everything: I did acupuncture and got a nutritionist to eat healthier, thinking that was an issue."

Kardashian and West tried multiple options to get pregnant, including in vitro fertilization, according to People magazine.

Even after she got pregnant from IVF, doctors were still worried about a difficult pregnancy, People reported. And, as The Huffington Post reported, Kardashian felt much anxiety over her baby being in the breech position, which led her to have an external cephalic version to turn the baby over.

"It's been a long road, and they are just so thankful to the doctors because they said she would never conceive again," an insider told People magazine.

Kardashian's pregnancy issues aren't unprecendented. In fact, Shelby Slade of Deseret News National reported that about 6.7 million women from 15 to 44 years old (so about 11 percent of the population) struggle to get pregnant. Women struggle for a variety of reasons, including stress, bad timing and general infertility issues, according to The Huffington Post.

In some cases, like with Kardashian, women find a way to have their little saints.

"I'm so grateful to even be pregnant when we didn't think it would ever happen for us," she said to People. "It is so worth it!"

Insiders told E! on Sunday night that the brother of North West didn't have a name at first, even as family members continued to visit Kardashian in the hospital.

Social media had its fun on Sunday and Monday theorizing about what the new child's name would be, according to CNN. Most Twitter users had chosen the name Easton for the boy - a play on his sister's name, North - though Kanye isn't a big fan of that name for their new baby.

The Twitter-suggested names ranged from the practical to the ridiculous.

Others wondered if the West boy would take a naming cue from his Kardashian family members and have a name that starts with "K."

"The Kardashian family is well-known for going with 'K' names — at least for the girls," according to CNN. "In addition to Kim, there is her sisters Khloe and Kourtney and their younger sisters Kylie and Kendall Jenner, who were born during the marriage of their mother, Kris, and Bruce Jenner, now Caitlyn Jenner."

With that in mind, here's a look at some other possible names for the new West/Kardashian child.
