She announced in an Instagram post the name of her baby boy who is named Phoenix Barron Hilton Reum. She spoke about why she picked this name by saying, "Phoenix has a few good pop culture reference points but more important, it's the bird that flames out and then rises from the ashes to fly again. I want my son to grow up knowing that disaster and triumph go around and come around throughout our lives and that this should give us great hope for the future."

In November, Hilton took to her Instagram stories to address the people wondering when she would have a baby. She admitted that her and Reum had been waiting until their first wedding anniversary to begin their family planning. "I'm getting tons of messages of people asking me about when I'm having a baby," she wrote. "The truth is my husband and I wanted to enjoy our first year of marriage together as a couple and we were always planning on starting our family in 2023." She also opened up about her experience with IVF by saying, "IVF is always a journey for everyone but we're so fortunate that we have lots of healthy embryos ready and waiting to be part of our Cutesy Crew! As everyone knows I have an extremely busy work and travel schedule but nothing gets me more excited then becoming a mom in 2023!"

The pair had been family friends for the past 15 years, and finally began dating back in 2019. They got engaged in February of 2021 and tied the knot in November of the same year. They got married over a three-day wedding ceremony, with every detail leading up to the weekend documented in a TV reality series, "Paris in Love." When asked how she knew he was the one, Paris told Fox News Digital, "And then as soon as we had our first kiss, it was just like these electric bolts where I had never felt anything like that in my life. I was like, ‘All right, this is my twin flame that I’d been searching for my whole life. And I found him.'"
