The judges of "America's Got Talent" were blown away by a family of singers, the Sharpe's, who went viral on TikTok last year for their Disney covers. The family consists of Ron and Barbra, who first met (and shared their first kiss) while acting in a theatre show. They share four children, Samantha, Logan and twins Aidan and Connor. Ron and Barbra's love for music extended to their children where they created a TikTok account to post their Disney covers as a family. The family currently has over 8.5 million followers on TikTok.

Barbra told the judges that appearing on the show was something they had always dreamt of. “We’ve been wanting to be here for years, and we finally got our chance.” The family sang the song "How Far I'll Go" from the Disney movie Moana, where each family member got a chance to showcase their vocals, wowing the judges. “That was perfection,” said "AGT" judge Sofia Vergara. “You guys don’t even look real. And you sounded amazing.” Simon Cowell, who had lost his voice and was unable to express his praises, gave the family two thumbs up. “Well, I’ll be honest with you, musical theater is not my jam,” said Howie Mandel. “But watching you and listening to you as a real family, you became my jam. Because it was real. I love what you’re doing.” Heidi Klum praised the family for their talent, saying “I would love nothing more than to do this with my entire family. Each and every one of you sounded so incredible, how your voices melded. It was so good.”

All four judges said "yes" to the family, sending them to the next round of the show.
