When I was a little girl, I would dream about what my wedding dress would look like someday. When my friends and I played dress-up, we would always pretend we were getting ready for our weddings, and we would all choose the fanciest dresses we could find.

I didn't end up getting a huge Cinderella ball gown like I had originally planned when I was five, but I'm sure I'm not the only little girl who dreamed of their perfect dress.

One woman had an intricate plan for her wedding gown, and it ended up being an extremely tender moment between her and her grandmother.

Usually the "first look" photoshoot captures the groom's reaction to the bride in her wedding dress, and it's a beautiful moment. But Jordyn Cleverly had a different plan when she decided to wear her grandmother's wedding dress for her own wedding.

According to photographer Kortney Peterson, "The bride secretly got her widowed grandma's dress from 1962, and is wearing it for her big day."

Cleverly stepped out of her rehearsal dinner, got all dressed in the gown and brought her grandma, Penny, outside. She was obviously touched, and it resulted in this incredible moment between the two.

Inside Edition reported that Cleverly described her grandma as "just speechless."

"It was an absolutely beautiful moment and everyone around was silent," Peterson said. "Tears began to stream from everyone's faces."

A first look unlike any other I've done before....Between this sweet bride and her grandma. The bride secretly got her...

"I kind of blacked out for a second because it was such an emotional roller-coaster, Cleverly said. "All I heard her saying in the back was, 'Wow, wow, wow.' I finally went up and hugged her and she whispered in my ear, 'I married my high school sweetheart in this dress and so will you.'"

The bride and her grandma are absolutely stunning, and the dress is gorgeous. These are memories they'll treasure forever, and the photos will always remind them of their special bond. Congratulations to the new bride!
