We've all looked in the mirror and didn't love what we saw. Sometimes it seems like no matter what we do, those last five pounds just won't come off. To help you out, we've compiled a list of the best, easiest and most unusual tips for losing weight without diet or exercise.

Here's how you can lose weight without diet or exercise:

1. Take pictures of your food

Taking pictures of your food is a great way to track what you're eating. Instead of writing down every little thing you eat, take pictures. This helps you eat a lot healthier and a lot less. Just don't be the person who posts everything they eat.

2. Drink apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar has so many health benefits, I could write an article on the miracle liquid alone. One of the best benefits is that it helps you lose weight. Dilute the vinegar with a little water or put it in your morning tea to mask the strong flavor and you'll be well on your way to dropping some pounds.

3. Wear vanilla scented perfume

The smell of vanilla is scientifically proven to reduce sugar cravings. The scent alone is enough to satisfy the need for those late-night treats, so wear vanilla scented perfume or light a candle when you want a slice of cake.

4. Drink peppermint tea

Peppermint tea is awesome when you're trying to shed a few pounds. It suppresses appetite, helps with digestion and reduces stress levels. Mix it with some apple cider vinegar and you have yourself a power beverage.

5. Ditch your fork and eat with chopsticks

Eating with chopsticks is a lot harder than eating with a fork, so you have to really concentrate on what you're putting into your body. It also slows down your eating, helping you feel more full faster.

6. Take a multivitamin

Vitamin B12, fish oil and calcium are all great for weight loss. While these supplements won't magically work right away, they do have long term benefits and make up for the nutrients you may be lacking in your diet. Multivitamins, such as One-A-Day, are also great for boosting metabolism and burning fat.

7. Eat a big breakfast

Eating a big breakfast can help curb your appetite throughout the rest of the day. As an added bonus, your body works all day long to burn the calories you eat at breakfast - not so much the ones you eat right before bed. According to Reader's Digest, a study was done evaluated the benefits of a big breakfast. One group of obese women ate a big breakfast (700 calories) and a small dinner (200 calories) and the other group did the opposite. Over time, the group who ate a big breakfast lost more than twice the amount of weight than the other group did.

8. Drink two glasses of water before your meal

Drinking water before your all of your meals can prevent you from overeating. Having a couple of glasses of water will make you feel more full before you sit down to eat, meaning you'll eat less.

9. Drink your body weight in ounces of water

According to WebMD, the amount of water you should be drinking depends on a few different things. However, generally speaking, "you should try to drink between half an ounce and an ounce of water for each pound you weigh, every day." So, if you weigh 130 pounds, you should drink between 65 and 130 ounces. My favorite way to stay hydrated is carrying a vacuum insulated water bottle. My water stays cold all day and the ice doesn't melt!

10. Work on stress relief

High stress levels cause you to gain weight or have trouble losing weight. It's so important to have a little fun every once in a while, get a good night's sleep or find other activities that help you stay relaxed.

11. Say goodbye to your beloved jeggings (at least for now)

Wearing stretchy jeans and baggy shirts is a comfortable alternative to tight jeans and fitted clothes, but the extra comfort gives you room to grow without realizing it. Wearing more fitted clothing helps you know exactly where you're at, and having a "goal outfit" will help you stick to your weight loss endeavors.

12. Don't skip a meal

Skipping meals causes your body to go into starvation mode, so your body will store all the food you feed it and turn it into fat instead of energy. Eating more meals per day may also help boost your metabolism while preventing overeating. Just make sure you aren't adding more calories in these smaller meals, because that will only cause weight gain.

13. Add citrus to your water

Add a little lemon, orange or grapefruit to your water for some flavor. You could even throw in berries, herbs or cucumbers to help curb your appetite for soda or other sugary drinks. The antioxidants in the fruit are also awesome for your health.

The most important thing you can do for your health and wellbeing is to love your body. When you love your body, you will want to treat it well and feed it with the best possible foods.
