Pregnancy is a beautiful, wonderful thing - unless you spend the entire nine months bent over the toilet. Morning sickness can strike anytime of the day or night, and while it's most common in the first trimester some women suffer from nausea throughout their entire pregnancies. If you're suffering from a case of morning sickness, you may not have to resort to potent medicine to find relief. There are many natural solutions to help quell queasiness. The next time you're feeling sick to your stomach, try out one of these methods.
1. Sip a soothing tea.
You may be able to soothe a tumultuous tummy with a simple cup of tea. Try brewing ginger, anise, red raspberry leaf, or peppermint tea the next time you feel nauseous.
2. Turn to ginger.
Women have been using ginger for centuries to cure morning sickness. Consider using crystalized ginger, real ginger ale, or ginger candies.

9. Keep your mouth clean.
Stale breath can worsen morning sickness symptoms, and lingering acid from throwing up can erode the enamel on your teeth. Brush often and use a mint-flavored, all-natural mouthwash.
10. Stay well hydrated.
When solid food isn't an appealing option, keep up your fluid intake. Fruit Popsicle, broth, and gelatin are easy on the stomach and they'll keep you from becoming dehydrated. If you can't handle plain water, try infusing water with lemon, mint leaves, or berries.
