Hilton posted a TikTok asking her niece and nephew, “You guys excited for your new cousin?” Her nephew responded asking, “You have two babies?” Hilton confirmed saying, "I have two babies." She captioned the video, "Priceless moments! Family is everything." Fans commented on the video congratulating her on the arrival of her baby girl. One user commented, "OMG another baby!!! A girl so happy for you!!!" Hilton replied to the comment saying, "My princess has arrived!!"

Hilton and Reum welcomed their first child, Phoenix Barron, in January via surrogate. In an Instagram story, Hilton and Reum can be seen dancing at the dinner table with Phoenix as Rem shouts "Big brother, big brother!" Hilton added "I'm a big brother!" In another video Hilton sweetly asks Phoenix "Are you a big brother today? Are you the big brother now? You going to watch after your sister?"

Hilton recently opened up about the joys of motherhood, saying she's "obsessed" with Phoenix. “It's exciting to have this next phase in my life and just to have this little angel who just brightens up my day every morning and his smile melts my heart,” she told People. “He's my best buddy and I just am obsessed."

Hilton and Reum were friends for years before they began dating in 2019. The pair got engaged in February 2021 and tied the knot in November 2021 with a three-day wedding ceremony. "It's always been my dream to be a mother and I'm so happy that Carter and I found each other," the proud mom exclusively told People after they welcomed Phoenix. "We are so excited to start our family together and our hearts are exploding with love for our baby boy."
